Everyone knows the workplace should be a safe place. Unfortunately, some workers are subjected to unfair and illegal conditions by unethical employers. Employment discrimination is when a person is treated unfairly merely because of their personal traits. Some of these traits can be sex, religion, age, handicap, or other classifications that are legally protected.
